Supply and EPC
USP&E supplies new and tested used diesel gensets, HFO engines and gas turbines, along with switchgear, transformers and fuel systems. For new stations or expansions, we deliver full EPC: engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Expansions are designed around the existing plant so new units integrate with current switchgear and controls without long shutdowns.
Operations and Maintenance
O&M contracts cover station operators, planned maintenance, fuel management, spares and monthly reporting. Maintenance follows OEM frameworks for each engine type, with SmartPower monitoring helping teams act on trends before they cause trips.
Where your own staff run the plant, we offer training and technical support instead of full operation.
Overhauls, Refurbishment and Upgrades
Engines reach major overhaul intervals; switchgear and controls age; fuel systems degrade. USP&E plans overhauls to minimise lost generation, refurbishes stations to restore reliability and upgrades control systems to modern standards.
